This policy explains what personal data this site handles, what I use it for and what your rights are. It applies to anyone who visits the site or contacts me through it.
Data controller
Felipe Hurtado, a freelance developer based in Colombia, is responsible for the data you share through this site.

What data I receive
If you use the contact form, you type your name, email, phone number and a description of your project. That information is not sent to a server of this site or stored in a database: when you press “Send message”, WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message and you decide whether to send it.
If you message me on WhatsApp, by email or on Instagram, I receive whatever you choose to share in those messages.
Technical data
The site's hosting provider may log technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages visited, for security and operation.
The site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools. Your browser only keeps temporary navigation information, which does not identify you and is cleared when you close the tab.
How I use your data
I use your data only to reply to your message, prepare a proposal or quote and coordinate the project if you decide to work with me.
I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Third parties involved
When you write to me, your message goes through the platform you choose: WhatsApp (Meta), your email provider or Instagram. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
I keep the conversation only as long as needed to handle your request, deliver the project and meet any applicable legal obligations. After that I delete it.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, you may access, update and correct your data, request its deletion, withdraw the consent you gave and file a complaint with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.
To exercise these rights, write to felipehurtado99@hotmail.com. I answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days.
If you are in another country, you may also exercise the rights your local law gives you.
Minors
This site is not directed at people under 18 and I do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
